Co-Founder of 404 DAO, Governance Lead
As co-founder and Governance Lead at 404 DAO, Cole heads up all operations and strategy for 404 DAO’s Governance team. Having multiple years of governance experience, Cole has acquired a strong understanding of the crypto governance landscape. Notable experience includes serving as a Grants Council member within Arbitrum and as a member of the Anti-Capture Commission for Optimism. Outside of governance, Cole led sales for 404 DAO’s Web3 ATL conference in 2022 and 2023 and helped vet the startups in the 404 Accelerator Summer 23’ Cohort while also curating the program’s offering. Before founding 404 DAO, Cole co-founded Blockchain at Georgia Tech in 2021 and graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration in 2022.

Governance Analyst
Rika is a governance analyst at 404 DAO where she works on Arbitrum, Optimism, and Uniswap delegations. She is a signer on the Arbitrum MSS, leads the Arbitrum Onboarding Working Group, and serves as a member of the Optimism Anticapture Commission. She is also an early member of Content Guild DAO where she writes blogs and newsletters for clients across the Ethereum ecosystem. Previously she was a Product Manager at several crypto startups including ConsenSys. She was also formerly a CPA and worked on the Tax Technology team at Deloitte. Rika graduated from Georgia Tech in 2011 with a B.S. in Business and Accounting.

Josh is a Solidity developer and Cybersecurity Consultant. He focuses on building new integrations between DeFi and TradFi. Prior to 404 DAO he worked at a variety of Web2 and Web3 companies including Ethereum Client developers Nethermind, and the public-accounting firm PWC. He has a B.S from the University of Georgia in CS and Master’s Degree in Cybersecurity from the Georgia Institute of Technology where he wrote his thesis on the issue of bribes as an attack on DAO governance.

Governance Analyst, Head of Research for Blockchain at Georgia Tech
Kaleb is a governance and research analyst for 404 DAO. Over the summer, he gained hands-on experience as a research analyst at Messari, where he conducted in-depth research and authored multiple reports on DeFi and infrastructure protocols. Kaleb is currently a senior at Georgia Tech, majoring in Finance with a minor in Computer Science. At Georgia Tech, Kaleb leads the research sector in the Blockchain at GT Club. In this role, he has collaborated with fellow analysts and industry partners, such as Blockworks Research, to co-author several research pieces.

Co-Founder of 404 DAO, Freelance Data Scientist
Manny is a seasoned full-stack developer with a deep expertise in data analytics, honed through both academic and professional experiences. Since 2021, he has been actively engaged in the crypto space as an independent contractor, contributing his skills to Artemis Analytics, Maverick Protocol, and Trader Joe Finance, among others. Manny also co-founded a MEV team, which operates arbitrage, liquidation, and long-tail strategies across multiple EVM chains. His data-driven approach to DAO governance involves transforming on-chain data into actionable insights, ensuring that governance decisions are informed by precise and credible information. With a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering and an M.S. in Data Science from Georgia Tech, where he was a founding member of Blockchain at Georgia Tech, Manny combines his technical background with a developer's perspective, effectively advocating for the ideals of the developer community within DAO governance. He co-founded 404 DAO, where he serves as a board member and CTO.

Ryan is a tech expert, cryptocurrency early adopter and quantitative analyst, originally published on Bitcoin in 2011. He has bootstrapped previous startups and has 10+ years trading and modeling emergent and exotic markets, with a statistical background concentrated on simulation modeling. Ryan holds an MBA from Clemson University and is based in Atlanta, GA.
